Amanda has EVERYTHING together. She is one of the best realtors we have ever dealt with. Very communicative and gave us the feeling everything was going to work out. Other realtors do NOT feel the same. Other realtors leave you feeling like you are bothering them. Amanda knows exactly what she is doing and is a great woman to work with. I have lived in many apartments between Manhattan and Boston and this was easily the nicest experience I’ve ever had working with a broker. Amanda was extremely professional, responsive, and courteous, providing great detail about the space, the process of applying, and how to sign the lease. She went out of her way numerous times to enhance my experience from dropping off the lease with me on my own front door step to even carrying up furniture into the new apartment that arrived before I did. The Apartment Company did a great job renting my house in Medford. They found friendly, qualified applicants in very short order after listing the house, were very organized with all of the paperwork (applications, leases, receipts, etc.), and were very respectful of the tenants who were already living at the house. Highly recommended!
